Beginning Thoughts:
I didn't really feel like working out today...I dunno why.Workout:
Took 85's for inclines. Did 2 sets x 2 reps easy. Took 80 lbs and did 4 reps. All Dumbbell of course. Then I just called it quits. I wasn't feeling like working out.Overall Impression:
Hopefully the next workout will go better.
