Beginning Thoughts:
I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving break 
Workout:
Overhead Squats:
95 lbs x 5 reps x 5 sets 

Glute Ham Raises:
8 reps x 3 sets

Pull-ups:
6 reps x 3 sets

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press:
75 lbs x 6 reps x 3 sets

Standing Ab Rollouts:
3 reps x 3 sets

Overall Impression:
I am sore as hell and I was very stiff from so many days off.
