I wanted to some heavy stuff today...But my hips are really sore. I had to do a lot of the mobility drills to get them to co-operate.Workout:

125 lbs x 1 rep x 3 sets
135 lbs x 1 rep x 2 sets
95 lbs x 7 reps x 1 set
Dumbbell Figure 8:
10 lbs x 15 reps x 2 sets
Front Planks:
30 seconds x 3 sets
