I decided to go in and do an Extra Workout today. I wasn't in the mood for a Press Workout.Workout:
Overhead Squats:Videos:
45 lbs x 5 reps
75 lbs x 4 reps
95 lbs x 3 reps
115 lbs x 2 reps
135 lbs x 1 rep
145 lbs x 1 rep
155 lbs x 1 rep
Unilateral Box Squats:
Density Training with Time = 12 minutes
Total Reps = 40 per leg
Unilateral RDLs:
65 lbs x 7 reps x 2 sets
Push-ups:
15 reps x 2 sets
Front Planks:
90 second test
Overhead Squats (used a brand new camera today):Overall Impression:
